Guy van Uytven is an international power systems consultant with extensive experience in bulk power transmission line planning and design. We will meet in the (upper level) Sports View Lounge at the Oak Bay Rec Centre, 1975 Bee Street (just south from Fort Street one block east of Foul Bay Road).
