Step 1: Register as the conference Speaker using NEMESS registration form

Step 2: Submit your full paper or extended abstract to ieee.nemess.2025@gmail.com by June 28, 2025

Submission requirements:

Extended abstract (up to 4 pages), Full paper (4 to 8 pages)

Refer to the IEEE standard template on the conference webpage (additionally it will be emailed to all registered Speakers)

Only Word files will be accepted

Step 3: Wait for Notification of Acceptance by July 12, 2025
